GMB – Why did you, after eight years of existence, decide to join the affiliation area in iGaming?
Márcio Motta – The gambling sector is the fastest growing in the world and now, in Brazil, with our eight years in the affiliation market, we are entering this vertical to bring our affiliates to this area, which is generating a lot of money and resources. You are very strong in the land-based, digital and encapsulated areas. Will iGaming, which is also a digital tool, be your business card for the sports betting segment?
Exactly. We want to plug as many bookmakers as possible into Monetizze so that affiliates have the options to work with whoever suits them best. And with that, leverage the sales of bookmakers.
Today you already have a large portfolio of affiliates. How to prepare these professionals for an area that is new to many of them?
We are closing some partnerships, which will bring content to help affiliates to work with gambling. The idea is to teach them, as they are already experts in traffic, remaining only to better understand the content and start selling a lot.

What is Monetizze’s perspective regarding the growth of this segment within the company’s portfolio?
Due to the leverage that gambling has been showing, we expect it to occupy 30% to 40% of revenues in two or three years.
Is it a viable goal, knowing the professionals and companies that are in the Monetizze ecosystem?
It’s a conservative goal.
